BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Once a booking is made, a 25% deposit of the total value will be required to secure your booking.


  • We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer, Wise, Revolut money transfer or credit card. All payments made via Visa or Mastercard will be charged an additional 3% bank surcharge.


  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund.
    Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date will result in no refund.


  • Check-in time is between 2.00pm – 8.00pm. 
    Check-out time 10.00am.


  • Our quiet hours are between 11pm - 7am. Please respect other guests.


  • All rooms are non smoking.


  • No pets allowed.


  • Our commercial kitchen is strictly for staff use, therefore no outside food is permitted.
