BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Once a booking is confirmed from the following platforms, you have accepted our terms and conditions - The High Dive website, OTA's, email or phone.
- Direct bookings A 25% deposit of the total value will be required to secure your booking.
- We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer, Wise, Revolut bank transfer or credit card. All payments made with a Visa or Mastercard will be charged an additional 3% bank surcharge.
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date will result in no refund.
- Check-in time is between 2.00pm – 8.00pm.
Check-out time 10.00am.
- Our quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am. Please respect other guests.
- All rooms are non smoking.
- No pets allowed.
- Our commercial kitchen is strictly for staff use, therefore no outside food is permitted.
